Dear Ms. Barkalaia
We are pleased to inform you that the Assessment of the Social Protection System in Georgia carried out by the ILO in cooperation with UN Women is now available https://www.ilo.org/moscow/information-resources/publications/WCMS_767261/lang--en/index.htm. The assessment aims to provide overview of the current social protection system in Georgia vis-à-vis international social protection standards. Social protection floors (SPF) promote four essential guarantees: i) access to essential health care services including maternity benefits; ii) children’s income security through family and child benefits; iii) minimum income security for those who are not able to earn sufficient income; and iv) access to pensions for old age and disability.
Best regards,|
