Thanks a lot for your message and your positive feedback regarding the successful cooperation with Mrs. Burkert! Due to holiday reasons I apologize my delay in answering.

 

We appreciate your decision for an extension of the working contract of Mrs. Burkert for another year as well as the trustful cooperation with you and your colleagues during the last month which challenged all of us! We hope for an improvement of the covid 19-situation and are looking forward to another year of fruitful collaboration!

 

As far as I know the current contract of Mrs. Burkert is running from January 20^th 2020 to January 19^th 2021, the period of extension would consequently be from January 20^th 2021 to January 19^th 2022, correct? Will there be an annual salary adjustment with start of new contract?

 

Our understanding is that the new contract will issued directly from the Ministry of IDP, labour, health and social affairs of Georgia instead of SESA?

This had been the initial agreement before Covid 19 and would be very important for correct prospective processing. We would be very grateful for a short confirmation.

 

Finally I would like to ask you for an official document issued by Ministry of labour (which has been the official applicant for the integrated expert) mentioning the reason for the amendment of the employer from Ministry to SESA in the current contract of Mrs. Burkert. We will need this for our documentation. Thanks a lot for your effort!
