Subject: Invitation: UN Women Project Stakeholders Meeting

On behalf of UN Women, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the collaboration we have had under the UN Women Project Womens Economic Empowerment in the South Caucasus funded by the Governments of Switzerland and Austria.

As part of the project administration and management, UN Women is required to hold a Project Stakeholders Meeting. This is an advisory body aimed at guiding the project direction through a collective review of project progress, achievements and challenges. Since the project has now been operational for 2 years and will come to an end in 9 months, this is a good time to take stock of progress made and to identify priority actions to meet the targets of this phase of the project. We would also be able to identify general priority areas for the next phase of the project as a result of the discussions.

The meeting will be co-chaired by Ms. Lela Akiashvili, Prime Ministers Advisor on Human Rights and Gender Equality Issues, and she has indicated her availability for October 13th at 11:00. Please find attached the Terms of Reference for the meeting and kindly confirm your availability for the meeting. The meeting will be held online and will last 2 hours. Upon confirmation of all participants, we will share the agenda of the meeting and the zoom link for participation.
