The US Embassy in Tbilisi has sent to the Ministry of Health the names of two crew members of the flight carrying Major General Jarrard on an American military aircraft from Germany to Georgia (September 18, 2020). The purpose of his visit to Georgia is not specified in the emails, but the leadership of the Ministry of Health of Georgia has been notified in a special order.

Aircraft 50123 - Cessna UC-35A took off on 17-09-2020, en route:

- from the military airport in Germany: ETOU - Wiesbaden
- further 86 air bases in Romania - LRCK
- continue to Tbilisi Airport - UGTB
- back to 86th airbase in Romania - LRCK
- and ETOU - Wiesbaden returned
