Dear colleagues
Some of you have been in touch to ask about the possibility of producing journal articles based on the financial protection work you’ve done with us, so I thought it would be helpful to let you all know that we are happy for you to do this.
As the work you’ve done with us was partly or wholly funded by WHO, however, any publication that draws on this work to any extent should meet the following requirements:
·
Include a reference to the relevant WHO country report. For country reports that are not yet published, please still include a reference and cite the report as ‘in press’. If you are unsure how to cite the report, please let me
know.
·
Acknowledge financial support from the WHO Regional Office for Europe.
·
Be published in an open access journal or as an open access article in a subscription journal. WHO policy on publishing work funded wholly or in part by WHO is set out here:
https://www.who.int/publishing/openaccess/en/
If you need financial support for open access publication, we can help with payment of journal fees.
Don’t hesitate to contact us with questions if anything is not clear.
Many thanks, as always, for your excellent collaboration –
Sarah (and on behalf of Tamás and Jon)
