I’m attaching some draft terms of reference for analysing 2016 and 2017 HBS data. Please can you let me know if these are OK and then we will proceed with the contracts.
Once you have done the statistical analysis and updated the appendix tables, Erica and I will revise and update the report and ask you to review it.
