My name is David Nadareishvili

I have 22 years of working experience in different International Finance Organizations - FINCA International, JSC “Alliance Group” and JSC “Micro Credit”. My last position (until April 2020) was Financial Director’s position in Investment Company “Geo Silk road” (#416336405).

 I have a good coaching and management skills that were important for managing big number of employees. I have a good practice of relationship with government structures, preparing budgets and strategic plans. I have a rich experience of dialing with international investors,good experience of preparing presentations, financial reports and projections.

I have good analytical and presentation skills. Rich experience of preparing financial due diligences and innovative developing projects. 

In 2008-2011 I worked as HR Manager of FINCA Georgia Program. I have passed International HR Training and appropriate tests in Washington DC, in Istanbul and in Bishkek. 

I worked in Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, Kosovo, Armenia and Azerbaijan. I was a member of “FINCA-International” pioneering team which has implemented group lending and agro lending products in Georgia.  

I am creative, young-looking and very enthusiastic person with high level of responsibility.
