is that a way you got the description of the resource : in the data bank you have sent I know the district of the organisation but I do not have any idea about the type of resources in that district, are they all identical? could you obtain some information?

in addition I need the number of acts  in the year : did the patient came once? 10 times, 20?

otherwise I will produce the number of patients, their age, gender and their diagnoses for having at least one contact with an outpatient service by province or district?

If I had to report prevalence I will need the population description for each district that is age and gender."

I am in the process of finalising the report including the survey results

I did not yet use the outpatient data you sent me before and I have some requests

-in the 2017 dataset  I got the gender of the patients but this seems to be missing in the 2018 data set, will that be possible to add it?

-for the out patient I got very little on their treatment: for example for the inpatients I got a number of hospitalised days , could I have some equivalents: number of consultations?

Did the outpatient data mix day hospitals with consultations or did they cover consultation only? if they mixed different interventions is that a way to disentangle them?

 

In addition I was wondering if it would have been possible to get,2019  in and out patient data; this will allow to have an evolutive vision on two years

Dear Ketevan

 

Viviane has sent yesterday morning the request below (in Georgian) concerning the files available in the National Centre for Disease Control concerning patients in hospitals, in order to present some first elements next Tuesday to Minister Tamar Gabunia.

 

But you have explained to her that you have the possibility to provide reliable data from the ministry, and that you can provide rapidly an Excel file that could be used for Viviane's purpose, which is very nice of you.

 

In order to extract rapidly from this big Excel table the information needed, we have hired for tomorrow and Friday an Excel specialist knowing health matters who is going to work full time for Viviane in order to extract for her the information she needs from the file you would provide.

 

In order to do that, could you send today the Excel file you promised to provide to Viviane's email with a copy to me, so that the work can begin tomorrow morning? It is very important because Viviane wants to work on the results over the weekend after the work of the techniccian is finished on  Thursday and Friday.

 

In addition, could you ask officially the director of the National Centre for disease control to provide all necessary assistance to Viviane concerning the patients who are followed in external structures (outside hospital). We have understood that the data may not be totally reliable, but Viviane is interested in having a look at them, and the National Centre experts can only work with her with an agreement between the Ministry (meaning you) and their director.

 

Viviane is today with Natalia in HRU providing training, if you need to speak with her urgently
