როგორც ქვემოთ წარმოდგენილი მიმოწერიდან ჩანს, გაელს დევნილთა ნაწილთან დაკავშირებული კომენტარები ჩვენგან მიღებული ქონდა და ვკითხე, საჭირო თუ იყო დამატებით კომენტარების გაგზავნა ელჩისთვის. გაელმა მომწერა, რომ დევნილთა ნაწილზე დამატებით კომეტარები აღარ იყო საჭირო.

ბატონ გრიგოლ გიორგაძესთან შეთანხმებით, მინდოდა თქვენთვის მომეწოდებინა ეს ინფორმაცია, რომ დევნილთა საკითხებზე დამატებითი კომენტარები არ გვაქვს და ელჩის წერილზე პასუხს თუ თქვენ შეადგენთ, გნებავთ წერილში ხსენებულ იქნეს,  რომ დევნილთა საკითხებზე (მატრიცის მე-3 ნაწილი) კომენტარები გაეგზავნა საფრანგეთის განვითარების სააგენტოს და ამ ეტაპზე დამატებითი კომენტარები არ გვაქვს.

ელჩის წერილზე პასუ​ხის შედგენის პროცესში თუ რამით შემეძლება დახმარება, მოხარული ვიქნები.

The document has been sent by the Ambassador to the Minister whereas I’ve sent it only at the level of Deputy Ministers. This is the same and does not require further comments that the ones you have already shared with us (see attached).

 

As far as your comments are concerned, I would suggest that you join the call we are currently trying to set up with the Mrs. Odisharia and the project’s team in Paris if you are available. This will give us the opportunity to review your comments in more details. Moreover, we understand that the Ministry has also required GIZ to support it with the identification of new assistance models. Therefore, the coordination between the different development organizations is very important to avoid any overlap and look for synergies between our different interventions.

 

I remain at your disposal for further exchanges and look forward to meeting you soon once the date and time of the call will be defined.

I would like to ask you, about the aide-mémoire of technical assistance (TA) project, that you have forwarded to us. Actually, the same document has been officially sent to the Ministry by his excellency, Monsieur l’Ambassadeur de France en Géorgie, by asking us, if we have any comments.

 

I was wondering, the comments related to IDP part of TA project that we have forwarder to you, if they were relevant and complete enough at this stage, and if we should send the same comments on IDP part in answer.​
