We have now reallocated the resources of act 2.1.1 to 2.1.4 to the activities dedicated to mental health. By all probability, we will organize a mission from April 15^th to 19^th and would like to get the latest literature on mental health there is available in Georgia.

Could you please send us the documents and reports you have? As far as we understood, there is a WHO report that was still not published by WHO but that has been shared with the Georgian government. Could we have access to that document? Could you share the contact details of person in charge of mental health issues at WHO office in Georgia?

I am also taking this opportunity to ask for a meeting with you and relevant persons in the ministry for our mission in April.

Since TA activities 2.1.1 to 2.1.4 are seemingly overlapping some WHO-EU-LUX UHC Partnership, we understand that you want the TA activities to focus more on mental health issues, such as monitoring mechanisms and human right mainstreaming in operational practices.

We will tailor and detail our TA activities accordingly. However, it would be very useful for us to receive documents regarding :

-          the WHO-EU-LUX UHC Partnership such as interim reports or other deliverables of the project (in order to be sure that activities 2.1.5 and 6 are also not overlapping with UHC partnership) and

-          Mental health issues in Georgia: National strategy of mental health adopted in 2014 by the Decree of Government of Georgia (if translated in English), WHO reports on mental health in the Caucasus and its special report on Georgia.

Thank you for the documents you can provide us. We can have a conference call next week on Tuesday around 2 pm (Paris time, so 5 pm in Tbilisi) or Wednesday between 12 pm and 5pm.
