მოგესალმებით,

 

როგორც თქვენთვის ცნობილია, მიმდინარე წლის 6-8 თებერვალს დაგეგმილია ჯანმრთელობის მსოფლიო ორგანიზაციის ექსპერტთა ჯგუფის ვიზიტი საქართველოში, რომლის მიზანია  სტატეგიულ შესყიდვასთან დაკავშირებული საკითხების განხილვა (დეტალური ინფორმაცია მოცემულია დანართში - mission Scope and Purpose, დღის წესრიგში).

 

სტრატეგიული შესყიდვების ფარგლებში, სამუშაო შეხვედრებთან ერთად, 7 თებერვალს დაგეგმილია ერთდღიანი ტრეინინგი (იხ. დღის წესრიგი, მისამართი გეცნობებათ მოგვიანებით).

 

აქვე გაცნობებთ, რომ სამუშაო შეხვედრებსა და ტრეინინგში მონაწილეთა დასწრება, დღის წესრიგით გათვალისწინებული დროის მიხედვით სავალდებულოა. გთხოვთ, დამიდასტუროთ თქვენი მონაწილეობა. (თუ თვლით, რომ შეხვედრების დროს დამსწრე პირთა სია განსაახლებელია ან ვინმე დასამატებელია, გთხოვთ მომწეროთ).

 

·         ამასთან დამატებით, გთხოვთ იხილოთ ექსპერტთა წინამდებარე მეილი და უზრუნველყოთ აღნიშნული „დავალებების“ შესრულება და მოწოდება მითითებული ვადების შესაბამისად. დავალებასთან დაკავშირებული კითხვების შემთხვევაში, გთხოვთ მომწეროთ რათა დროულად მოხდეს კომუნიკაცია ჯანმოს ექსპერტებთან.

Dear Mariana,

 

Please find attached the scope and purpose for next mission on February 6-8. Please let us know if you would like to clarify anything.

 

Additionally, we ask the SPS WG to do some homework to prepare for the upcoming mission. 

 

First, as agreed the SPS WG needs to write the 4^thquarter 2018 SP Strategy execution report.Last time SPS WG chose traffic light approach but during the strategy execution review meeting it was agreed that this is not informative enough and short written summary about status of each activity and achievements would be better approach. Attached is the report template which also includes 3^rdquarter summary which can be used as an example. We also discussed that as these strategy execution reviews should be also available in Georgian. Thus, if SPS WG can prepare the strategy 4th quarter 2018 SP Strategy execution report by 25^th of January in Georgian and share with us, there will be enough time for translation.  

 

Second, we ask to fill the second table regarding the SSA’s current (AS IS) health related structure to continue working with SSA new structure and human resources need. Table should include the following information about two departments (UHC and health programs):

-  units (currently it bases on the organogram shared with us in 2017 but please revised if there are any changes);

-  key functions of each unit;

-  staff positions in each unit;

-  number of full time equivalent personnel by each staff position (headquarter and regional offices).

This table you could prepare in English and by 1st of February. Then we have couple of days to work with that before the mission.

Also, please confirm if attached SSA new structure (ppt file) is the latest version available.
