Dear Mariana,

As agreed, brief summary of our today’s call.

First, please review the SSA HQ health related new structure and human resources needs if it responds to strategic purchasing strategy and if it is realistic and can be implemented:

a.      Word-document you reviewed

b.     Excel-file developed during the last mission.

Please keep in mind that word-document and excel-file have to be aligned. Excel and Word documents attached.

Second, please prepare the implementation plan for the transition to the new SSA health related structure. In the Strategic Purchasing Strategy the due date for the implementation of the SSA’s head quarter new structure was end of June which might be too early for the full implementation. Please make a realistic plan.

Third, please revise the drafted flowchart (ppt-file) narrative (doc-file) SOPs for claims management SHOULD BE procedure:

1. Review and amend the flowchart to make it feasible to implement in the coming 3-6 months period. Add numbers to each activity in the flowchart (allows to make explicit linkage with the narrative part).
2. Revise the narrative part bringing out explicitly:

• Who is performing each activity (structural unit, position)
• What and how is done (be more specific)
• What are deliverables (e.g. data entry, document, etc) of each activity (if applicable)
• Time frame (e.g. 2 days, one week etc) for each activity (if applicable)

Powerpoint and Word documents attached.

Please share the renewed materials before our call next week, ideally by Wednesday as then we can review these before the call.
