Dear participants,

 

We are delighted to welcome you soon at the WHO Barcelona course on health financing for UHC to be held in Barcelona, Spain from 16 to 20 March 2020. We hope your travel arrangements are all in order by now and we can ask you to start preparing for the training itself.  In order to maximize the learning and experience sharing benefits of the course, we strongly recommend you to complete the following:

 

  1. e-Learning Course on Health Financing Policy for UHC. This a is foundational course which comprises six modules which cover the core functions of health financial policy as conceptualized by WHO. The web-site of this course is http://www.who.int/health_financing/training/e-learning-course-on-health-financing-policy-for-uhc/en/ 
    Please could you be so kind to complete it by the beginning of the course (March 16, 2020)

 

                ii.      a pre-course exercise, the detailed information about this exercise, please find attached to this email. We encourage you to get together with your fellow country participants to complete it. Please could you be so kind to complete it and send the presentation by March 9, 2020.
