Dear Keti
Thank You for the very constructive meeting. As agreed, I hereby send the amended dummy tables. We welcome your feedback as soon as possible but latest by the end of June. If the NCDC or SSA have additional questions, I will be happy to explain the data needs.
All the best and thank you once again for committing your time to us!

Dear Rusudan,
We reviewed the requested information.
1. As you know, Under the UHC outpatient component service providers are paid on a per capita basis. Therefore, the Ministry does not have the following information:
1) Monthly total payment for primary care package (May 2020)
2) Monthly total payment for specialized services (May 2020)
Rural doctors are given a salary (the same amount of money each month).
Also, information about medical staff is collected at the Centers for Disease Control and only 2019 information will be available only at the end of June.
Therefore, the Ministry does not have its own list of service prices (except for medicines). Every provider enjoys its own prices.
The deadlines for providing information may not be sufficient due to the activities of the Social Services Agency.
It may be helpful to conduct the online call to clarify issues.
Thank you in advance,
With best regards, Keti

Dear Russiko
Please find attached file for data request from the ministry.
If necessary I would be happy to meet with them and clarify the data needs.
I think we might need help with clarifying how to collect data about providers that have changed their service provision according to the most recent changes adopted from May. Here any suggestions would be welcome.
We would welcome to receive the data latest by 22. June if possible.
Best
Kaija
