Thank you for your support. Tomorrow any time I am at the Ministry (144 Akaki Tsereteli ave.). As I understood correctly addendum to grant will be signed me, if yes, no problem, your driver can bring signed  documents back.

We are glad to inform you that the addendum to grant contract EUMM-20-7025 has been signed by Head of Mission. Please, find attached a scan copy.

 

Please let us know what is the best time to send you the three original addendum copies for your signature, as well as the address. We can deliver the documents with a driver.

 

Kindly also let us know if you can sign the addendum as soon as it is delivered so that our driver can bring the documents back. If not, we can send the driver a second time to collect the signed copies as soon as they are ready.
