I suggest you can be a discussant at the session Global Health Expenditure Tracking, Organizer: Ke Xu, World Health Organization on July 13.  In particular at the after lunch sub-session - Session 3: Domestic government spending and external aid on health: policy implications

I will get back to you regarding the invitation once I found out from the HQ. As I mentioned to you, WHO will cover your per diems and travel expenses to participate at 2 day of pre-congress sessions. Please note that we don’t need to pay the registration fee for the pre-congress sessions.
