Dear colleagues,
Please let me thank you once again for your availability and time.
On our side, we are trying to organize the mission in the best way possible, in order to discuss about all issues which might be addressed in the next matrix, so please excuse us in advance for asking you to change times
of meetings. On this topic, please find attached a draft of a possible future matrix in order for you to start thinking about it; this document has been prepared by our project manager Nicolas le Guen, who’s coming next week. This is of course a draft and
we are open to any other ideas from your side. Please find attached the terms of reference with a provisional agenda.
On the organizational issues, I would like to sum up the meetings. We would have a first round of working meetings as I have explained in my previous email :
Monday 5th at 13h30
- working meeting with Ms. Goginashvili (CONFIRMED)
Monday 5th at 15h30 – working meeting with
Ms. Barkalaia and Ms. Jinjolava (TO BE CONFIRMED)
Tuesday 6th at 15h - working meeting with
Mr. Tsotskolauri, Mr. Simonishvili and Mr. Peikrishvili (TO BE CONFIRMED)
Moreover, we would like to have one more common working meeting at the end of the week, in order to work on the matrix once again after our mission, to be able to present it to the vice-ministers and to the Ministry of
Finance. Therefore we suggest as well :
Friday 9th at 10h – working meeting for the finalization of the matrix with
Ms. Goginashvili , Ms. Jinjolava, Mr. Peikrishvili. (could you please confirm your availability?)
For your information, we have asked to Ms. Gabunia, Ms. Barkalaia and Mr. Tsotskolauri to have a final debriefing meeting on the 9th (maybe in the afternoon) , in order to present the new matrix proposition
to them. You are of course welcome to join if you have time.
