Viviane has sent yesterday morning the request below (in Georgian) concerning the files available in the National Centre for Disease Control concerning patients in hospitals, in order to present some first elements next Tuesday to Minister Tamar Gabunia.

But you have explained to her that you have the possibility to provide reliable data from the ministry, and that you can provide rapidly an Excel file that could be used for Viviane's purpose, which is very nice of you.

In order to extract rapidly from this big Excel table the information needed, we have hired for tomorrow and Friday an Excel specialist knowing health matters who is going to work full time for Viviane in order to extract for her the information she needs from the file you would provide.

In order to do that, could you send today the Excel file you promised to provide to Viviane's email with a copy to me, so that the work can begin tomorrow morning? It is very important because Viviane wants to work on the results over the weekend after the work of the techniccian is finished on  Thursday and Friday.

In addition, could you ask officially the director of the National Centre for disease control to provide all necessary assistance to Viviane concerning the patients who are followed in external structures (outside hospital). We have understood that the data may not be totally reliable, but Viviane is interested in having a look at them, and the National Centre experts can only work with her with an agreement between the Ministry (meaning you) and their director.
