We are glad to inform you that the grant contract for Covid-19 Preparedness and response program has been signed by EUMM Head of Mission. Please, find it attached.

We kindly ask you to initial each page, sign page 3 and send us back a scan copy of the contract.

Considering that the main activity of this contract will be the procurement of equipment in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, we would like to highlight the importance of Annex IV, which is part of the contract and that we are attaching here as a separate file for your convenience.

This document regulates how procurement procedures shall be carried out by the beneficiaries of EU funded grants. On this matter, we suggest to have a virtual meeting so that we can discuss such rules, answer your questions and provide you with guidance. If you will have the time, we would be available next week from Monday to Friday, every day between 01:00 pm and 05:00 pm.

Please, let us know your availability and we will arrange the meeting accordingly.
