Kindly note that the virtual meeting room will open 15 minutes before the start of the event to test your connection, fix any possible technical issues and familiarise yourself with the virtual environment.

In order to ensure the best possible experience in the online sessions, please read Meeting Code of Conduct:

1.       Please ensure you have a stable internet connection (plug-in ethernet recommended).

2.       When logging in, please ensure your display name in Zoom is ‘Name Surname - Organisation’ (e.g. Ursula von der Leyen - European Commission).

3.       Please keep your microphone muted and your camera turned off. If you are called to speak, you will be asked to unmute your mic.

4.       Please use a headset or headphones and microphone to avoid echoes and background noise.

5.       You can use the chat function for any technical questions for the Team.

6.       The Question and Answer (Q&A) function is available for any questions to the speakers on the presentations.

7.       Use the ‘raise hand’ feature during the Q&A session to ask to speak. Please wait until you are invited to speak by the moderator.

8.       Interpretation to Russian is available via the platform settings.
