Thank you very much for the very fruitful meetings.

Thanks to all our discussions and following the needs and areas of interest you have expressed, we have been able to amend the draft matrix in order to integrate your comments and feedback. We are therefore sending it attached.

In order to move forward with the process and to present a well consolidated document to the vice-ministers on Friday, we would kindly need your comments, feedbacks and suggestions on this new matrix proposition. It would be great if you could , by tomorrow night , send a revised version of the document attached. Each division can send its version amended directly to us , we will then consolidate and come back to you on Friday morning during our meeting at 10h at MOHLSA.

Thank you very much for your time and collaboration and please do not hesitate to contact us for any question.

Dear colleagues,

Please let me thank you once again for your availability and time.

On our side, we are trying to organize the mission in the best way possible, in order to discuss about all issues which might be addressed in the next matrix, so please excuse us in advance for asking you to change times of meetings. On this topic, please find attached a draft of a possible future matrix in order for you to start thinking about it; this document has been prepared by our project manager Nicolas le Guen, who’s coming next week. This is of course a draft and we are open to any other ideas from your side. Please find attached the terms of reference with a provisional agenda.

On the organizational issues, I would like to sum up the meetings. We would have a first round of working meetings as I have explained in my previous email :

Monday 5^th at 13h30 - working meeting with Ms. Goginashvili (CONFIRMED)

Monday 5^that 15h30 – working meeting with Ms. Barkalaia and Ms. Jinjolava (TO BE CONFIRMED)

Tuesday 6^th at 15h - working meeting with Mr. Tsotskolauri, Mr. Simonishvili and Mr. Peikrishvili (TO BE CONFIRMED)

Moreover, we would like to have one more common working meeting at the end of the week, in order to work on the matrix once again after our mission, to be able to present it to the vice-ministers and to the Ministry of Finance. Therefore we suggest as well :

Friday 9^th at 10h – working meeting for the finalization of the matrix with Ms. Goginashvili , Ms. Jinjolava, Mr. Peikrishvili. (could you please confirm your availability?)

For your information, we have asked to Ms. Gabunia, Ms. Barkalaia and Mr. Tsotskolauri to have a final debriefing meeting on the 9^th (maybe in the afternoon) , in order to present the new matrix proposition to them. You are of course welcome to join if you have time.
