Dear dr. Tamar, Thank you very much for granting us some time during these crazy months. We were very happy with your feedback and also to see the constructive strategies you have in mind. \ We will proceed with our assignment as indicated and just agreed. The three ‘workshops’ we will organise in the coming weeks are the August 6 sensitization workshop as mentioned by Irma, to get all stakeholders on the same page. And in addition two more technically focused, smaller gatherings: one with financials around the PHC/HIV convergence potentials and budgettary possibilities (for which we will refer to your Ministry), and one on the details and weighing of a quality indicator sets for the HIV KAP Prevention services, in a strategic timeline of development and with potential convergence as well with the PHC agendas. Based on these workshops, and on our other work in the course of the coming weeks, we are aiming to have the various scenarios ready in solid draft by early September for your consideration.
