Dear Ketevan, cc Keti,
As discussed earlier and agreed by Keti, here put in cc, i just sent you by We Transfer two powerpoints regarding work in progress around the HIV KAP prevention services transition and RBF/PBF angles on it.
The first powerpoint is background with some reference to some of the earlier work in October 2019.
The second powerpoint is work in progress of the last couple of months on the proper design of a good indicator set for output, good quality indicators HIV indicators and verification regimes. Like we already talked about on the phone, the best would be if this HIV transition would be aligned with other results-based agendas of the Government, so some suggestions for that kind of alignment are made.
Of course, moving a health system to more results-based modus operandi is a process, which requires political vision and commitment. Since you are such a fantastic systems person, i highly appreciate a quick chat with you on what may be most productive.
We are on track with the assignment and are confident we will come up with useful propositions, but close touch-base with the strategic thinkers in the ministry is therefore of the essence.
Keti will connect with you, for at the team meeting on zoom yesterday, we decided to try to debrief the deputy Minister in the coming weeks, before the end of July. So if we could have our chat before that moment, that would be wonderful!
Check your mail (or sometimes spam) for a We Transfer mail which i will now send to you with the two powerpoints and a matrix summary, which is work in progress...
Of course, for any policy progress briefing with the deputy Minister we will produce a short and sharp document, with clear decision questions attached. These powerpoints are for discussion internally, in the NCDC team and for your background.
Let me know when you would be available for a short Skype.
Once again, with gratitude!
Warm regards,
Godelieve
