I have tried to match the names of institutions across years with the help of Eka
By doing so I discovered that some of the institutions are for addictions (the orange lines) which are in a different program
This means that you have sent to me a complete list of hospitalized persons,  including those from the addiction program,  is that correct?

I have a problem with the Tblisi mental heath center : in 2018 I have 1 patient only ; My impression is that what is counted in 2017 represent 2017+2018 since in the first databank I have got years ago these two years were pooled together or it could be that the 2018 excel file was cut at its end because Tblisi are the last lines.  could you check this et eventually send me a completed data bank

I noticed that  for the children , the place of hospitalisation is reported only in 2019 , same for  the region did you know why

2) the out patient

The out patient data bank is more difficult to grasp; I not have the name of the ressource I just have the region or district and for 2019 municipality

as you will see they are huge variation in Kakheti (4000 less in 2019) , 1000 more is Kvemo, 400 in shiva
curiously we have 1440 anxiety (PTSD) in Imereti??
