Dear Vice-minister Tamar Gabunia,

I hope you are doing well.
Next week an expert from Estonia Taavi Lai is coming to work on the issue of the selective contracting. 
We are planning to meet M. Ketevan on Monday (at 14:00 in the Ministry) and to meet you on Tuesday at  10:00. In addition, we are planning to participate in the meeting with WHO on Wednesday. 
Estonia is not on the list of high risk Covid-19 countries and we are thinking to maintain the mission as it was planned. If you have any suggestions, please let us know.
