Subject : WHO EHII - Ad hoc meeting to discuss health information in the context of COVID-19
Received On : 08.05.2020 06:13

Dear EHII colleagues,

I hope this email finds you well.

First of all, we would like to thank again those who sent us their comments and suggestions on the technical document that we are developing on the monitoring the wider effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on population health. Thanks to your contributions, the document is in good shape, and we expect to share a new version with you soon.

On a separate note, the reason for my email today is to invite you to an ad hoc meeting of the network as a collaborative intelligence space to discuss health information in the context of COVID-19. At this meeting, all of you can share your current and ongoing experiences or just learn from others on managing data and health information in these unprecedent times.

We are currently developing the agenda, so if you would like to share your country experience, or have a particular topic that you would like to discuss, please do so and reply to this email by COB Thursday, 13 May.

We completely understand that you might not be able to participate due to the current circumstances, but for those interested in joining this meeting, it will take place on Wednesday, 20 May from 10:00 to 11:15 (CEST). The meeting will be chaired by our dear colleague and friend, Neville Calleja.

Agenda and connection details will be shared shortly.

Thank you so much in advance.

Looking forward to learning from you very soon.

Best regards,

David
