We plan to hire and mobilize a Senior Non-Key Expert on Developing and Costing Action Plan within the framework of the EU funded Public Administration Reform Project. 

In relation to Purpose 1 Support to policy development, coordination, monitoring and evaluation, the expert will provide technical assistance, in particular, support to develop a 3-year action plan and a preliminary costing assessment of the draft National Health Strategy and advice on the development and implementation of the National Health Strategy and its Monitoring and Evaluation System. He/she will also transfer knowledge to the staff and employees of the Ministry of Health staff as well as other government agencies and LEPLs.
