Dear SPS WG,

please find attached the last version of strategic initiatives which needs your attention and input.

Those lines which are "red" have been not revised yet and they need revision:

setting priorities - be realistic!
defining quarterly milestones for 2019 if activity starts or is ongoing in 2019
setting "owner" and departments doing cooperation)

It would be good if this could be done for tomorrow's meeting with the minister (10am). If not, then it can be finalised by the SPS WG after the meeting.

It would be best if Mrs Maia Lagvilava as the chair of the SPS WG will present the SP Strategy with these strategic initiatives on the behalf of the WG to the Minister. You are free to agree otherwise and some other WG member can take that role.

We didn't manage to discuss the SSA structure as SSA people had to leave. Hopefully you have time to coordinate how and who will present that to the Minister tomorrow.

What I did with this file:
1. I removed 2018 and added year 2021 as we are planning for 2019-2021.
2. Added comments for the initiatives which need your input.
3. Revised DRG and contracting milestones, please review them.

During revision:
1. Consider prioritising activities, some hints are added for you in the comments
2. Please add quarterly milestones for year 2019 for all activities which start or are ongoing in 2019
3. Please use "blue" colour only for one quarter in case activity is completed
4. Add for each initiative owner as structural unit of the SSA pr MoLHSA
