მოგესალმებით,
გთხოვთ, იხილოთ ჯანმოს ექსპერტთა წინამდებარე მეილი და შეძლებისდაგვარად მოკლე ვადაში ( წერილში მითითებულია 31 აგვისტო) უზრუნველყოთ მოთხოვნილი დოკუმენტების განახლება და გადმოგზავნა.
First, we agreed that next missionwill be during the week of October 29.
Second, we agreed that the SPS WG will finalise the SPStrategy for 2018-2021by putting minimum efforts into it. We agreed that we don’t change the strategy map (we keep that one agreed in June’18). Therefore, the tables for the strategic initiatives and indicators need some restructuring by the SPS WG as last version bases on modified strategy map (one goal was removed). During the revision, the SPS WG can also review the list of indicators and skip some process focused ones and fill gaps where target or baseline values were missing. This all should be done by putting minimum efforts at this stage. We expect this to be completed by August 31
