Dear Ms. Ketevan Goginashvili,

I hope this email finds you well. I am Samantha Custer, Director of Policy Analysis at AidData, a research lab at the College of William and Mary based in Virginia, USA. My research team and I are conducting a study to better understand how international organizations can more effectively support development in 141 low- and middle-income countries. To this end, we are inviting you to share your views and experiences via our 2020 Listening to Leaders Survey.

We are seeking input from individuals, such as yourself, who we believe are knowledgeable about the design and implementation of development policies and programs in Georgia between 2016 and 2020. Your participation will help us ensure that our analysis accurately represents the diverse opinions and observations of those with experience in Georgia. All of your responses will be kept strictly confidential. They will only be used in statistical summary and will never be associated with your name.

We will use the survey results to analyze how international organizations can improve their performance and provide assistance that is well aligned with local priorities and demand. We will publish our findings in a report on www.aiddata.org, and also provide each individual who chooses to participate in the survey with copies of the final analysis. The results from our last survey were published here and here. The findings were reported by NPR, The Washington Post, The South China Morning Post, and Mother Jones, and attracted significant attention from development partners such as the United Nations, the World Bank, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and many government agencies.

Below you will find a personalized link to an online survey questionnaire. Most of the questions will be about experiences and insights that you gained while working in Georgia during a particular period of time. We kindly request that you set aside 30-40 minutes to complete this survey. While we encourage you to finish the survey in one session, you may also pause and continue at any point by using the same link. The survey works better when taken on a computer.
