We would like to make some data available about your RS on the policy dashboard. You can click on the already existing regions on the map to have an idea what it will look like.

 

We have prepared already some information which we extracted from your application.

We would like to ask you to verify the information and if needed, please edit it before 30/04.

 

Please made the changes in red so that we can see if it has been double-checked by you.

If you do not make changes, we will proceed with this draft.

Please make sure that you do not delete other RS’s data while editing yours😉 We would suggest downloading the file, preparing the text offline and use the google spreadsheet only to copy-paste it back online.

 

Contact and consent form

 

In addition, we would like to better disseminate our news within your regions. This is why we would like to collect more contact details from your quadruple helix consortium.

We have designed the form to include 12 contacts. Please note that it is not mandatory. You can share with us two, or five only. Or if you wish, you can share with us more than 12 (in this case, please contact us by email).

If you do not wish to share any, it is also acceptable for us.

 

Finally, we would need your consent for certain services. Please fill in the contact and consent form before 30/04.
