Dear colleagues,

Due to the spread of the COVID-19 virus and travel restrictions, the work on the disability piloting in Samtche-Javakheti region of our TA project  (experts Andrei Tretyak, Michel Villac, Yannick Deimat and Frederic Tallier) will be organised on the experts' home-basis principle the same week as planned (23-27 March). Telephone/video conferences will be organised according to the schedule, which will be discussed during coming days.

Sincerely, Audrius Bitinas
