Dear Volkan

Many thanks for this note. I am glad to hear that the mission dates have been confirmed. The plan sounds really good to me. Let's work on additional details to finalize the agenda.

With very best regards and look forwards to meeting you in Tbilisi.

Dear Tamar,

I hope this email finds you well! The World Bank Armenia team very much appreciated your contribution to the flagship course in Yerevan. Thank you again for accepting our invitation on such short notice!

Following up your recent conversation with Lire, our program leader, I want to reach out to you regarding our mission plans:

  • We will be there for 3 days, Monday June 3-Wednesday, June 5.
  • Ideally, we would like to meet with the Minister, Dr. Sergeenko on our first day to inform him about the purpose of our visit and what we will do for the following days.
  • We would like to spend as much time as possible with you and other colleagues in the Ministry to allow for deeper discussions on (i) the Ministry’s priorities and needs, (ii) potential engagement areas, (iii) how to use WB’s available resources, and (iv) next steps.
  • At the end of our visit, we would like to meet with the Minister again to brief him on the outcome of these discussions and the next steps.

If you agree with this plan, our colleagues in the country office can reach out to the Ministry for scheduling the meetings.

Looking forward to our meeting in Tbilisi!

Best regards,

Volkan
