We are glad to inform you that the GAM online tool is now open for data submission. You may access the site through this URL: https://aidsreportingtool.unaids.org/
You can log in using the same account that you have used in past reporting rounds. If you wish to reset your password, you may do so through this page: https://aidsreportingtool.unaids.org/accounts/password/reset/
Please submit your data on or before 31 March 2020. If you have any questions or comments, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Likewise, to inform ECDC’s monitoring of the Dublin Declaration, we invite your country to complete the Dublin Declaration Questionnaire for 2020, which can be accessed through the GAM online tool. This questionnaire should be completed by 30 March 2020.
This questionnaire only contains questions not asked through GAM. The findings will be shared with UNAIDS, and UNAIDS will share data collected through GAM with ECDC. This approach aims to align regional and global reporting processes and reduce the reporting burden on countries.
Each section of the questionnaire requires you to enter an access code. Your country's unique access code is JJT3X4. You can share the access code and link to the questionnaire with any experts in your country you wish to assist you reporting specific data. Multiple people can use the same access code at the same time for different sections. We encourage you to inform anyone accessing the questionnaire to read through the General Instructions section.
Please note that to navigate the online questionnaire, please use the “next” and “back” button at the bottom of the questionnaire, and not the back and forward buttons on the web browser.
We encourage you to click ‘SAVE’ regularly. Once you click 'SUBMIT' for each section you will no longer be able to access your answers, so please do not click 'SUBMIT' until you are sure you are ready to submit your final responses.
Thank you for your support and collaboration in the GAM reporting process.
Sincerely,
UNAIDS Global AIDS Monitoring Team

Subject: Global AIDS Monitoring (GAM) - mid-2019 update
Dear Sir/Madame,
We would like to thank you for your contribution to the Global AIDS Monitoring by submitting your data early this year. Thanks to your collaboration, we have received data through the online tool from more than 130 countries and territories. The data and key findings from this reporting round have been included in the recent UNAIDS publications "Communities at the centre — Defending rights, breaking barriers, reaching people with HIV services" and "UNAIDS Data 2019", as well as in AIDSinfo.
As we are now in the second half of 2019, we would like to share with you the attached letter from UNAIDS Director for Strategic Information, Peter Ghys, requesting your country to provide an update on the number of people on antiretroviral therapy (indicator 1.2) as of 30 June 2019. Attached is a short guideline on the information being requested and the mid-2019 reporting process.
We would appreciate if you could share the letter and the guideline with your constituents, enabling the necessary preparations. Access to the online reporting tool will be launched as of 16 September 2019. The deadline for submission is 30 September 2019.
If there has been a change of rapporteurs in your country, kindly inform us by responding to this message (AIDSreporting@unaids.org), and share with us the contact information of the new rapporteurs.
As always, thank you for your continued support and cooperation.
Sincerely,
UNAIDS Global AIDS Monitoring team
