Dear Ketevan, I'm really sorry that I couldn't come to Georgia this time due to the flight cancellations and lock-downs. I hope you are well and that Georgia is doing well as well with the COVID-19 situation. While I couldn't come in person, I'm still doing the work that we discussed last time for you - selection criteria of hospitals for contracting and volumes (beds/staff) per population (by specialities) Is this topic still relevant? If yes, then please find attached the Estonian Hospital Master Plan 2015 that I promised last time and I'll try to translate (or summarize for you) the master-plan annexes and the speciality development plans I mentioned. In addition to that, I can do a quick literature search for examples from other countries for comparison. I wrote these tasks into the word file attached and maybe Audrius has already shared these with you and Tamar Gabunia. Please let me know whether these tasks make sense to you, whether there's any special angle I should take. Happy to discuss with you and Deputy Minister over skype as well. Also, if you have a draft document on the hospital selection criteria or anything else relevant, I'm happy to read and comment. All the best, taavi
