Dear Keti, Many thanks! I'll do as many as I can before Friday and will finish the rest over the weekend or early next week. Please find attached 5 dev plans for surgical specialities (anesthesiology, emergency, general surgery, ob/gyn, orthopedics) and 3 for internal medicine (cardiology, generic internal, oncology). All these are hospital based services. Have a look at these if you have time e.g. whether these seem to be useful. Tomorrow I'm going to look for literature on load and staffing criteria as well as hospital/bed numbers per population.
