Dear Reference Site Co-ordinator,
We are writing to inform you the RSCN is a Partner on a H2020 Coordination and Support Action Project Proposal - Scaling Up innovation for Active and Healthy Ageing.
The overall goal of our Project is to strengthen the uptake and scaling-up of digital solutions for health by valuing the "Person" as a central element within the digitisation process. Our Project would achieve this goal by (a) strengthening
the journey towards large-scale implementation of innovative solutions for active and healthy aging; and (b) involving all stakeholders at European, national and regional level. The Project would empower all stakeholders through fostering dialogue between
public and private stakeholders, and by providing the institutional, technological and behavioural tools for the effective and timely transfer of solutions in the health value chain.
We see the Project supporting the implementation and exploitation of innovative and digital solutions for regional health care systems across a number of dimensions - governance, financing, generation of human and physical resources, health
service provision, and patient empowerment; which will provide decision-makers with new evidence, methods, and tools to successfully implement validated innovative solutions into their health care systems. Importantly the Project would take account of various
policy interdependencies that are "One Health", and the impact these have on the broader social context e.g. housing, transportation, urban settings, digitisation, etc. We therefore believe our proposal would help achieve the European Commission's Triple
Win objectives, i.e.:
Being a Reference Site, and Member of the RSCN, we believe you will be interested in our plans to submit this application. We see the Project being important to Reference Sites and if our application is successful it will provide an opportunity
for Reference Sites to make a valuable contribution to the success of the Project. As we develop the application we may need to contact Reference Sites for information or other input that we can use.
At this stage we would welcome your Reference Site's support for our application, particularly if any of your organisations/institutions were willing to provide a Letter of Support. We have attached a template that can be used. Letters
of support be returned to Lisa Leonardini, ProMIS,
promisalute@regione.veneto.it, who are co-ordinating the proposal on behalf of the Partners.
We will continue to keep you informed of the application.
Best Regards
The RSCN
