Dear Nika,

I have to forward your email to NCDC (I have an information from Keti, that you already have had a conversation about these). Other things will be fulfilled by us.

With best, Marina

Dear Boguslaw,

I put in copy my colleague of the EUDEL in Tbilissi, Nika Kochishvili, who could help regarding your question. It is a more general issue I am facing with the templates fulfilled by Georgia, because there is a lack of provisions in EN being assessed by the contractor.

Best, Emmanuelle

Dear Emmanuelle,

Thank you for sharing the ToC for Georgia.

Georgia commented on the stage of the implementation of specific EU provisions, referring to few national provisions, such as Public Health Law (what date?), Law on Personal Information, some strategies, ministerial decrees or orders, or even a WHO report. The information is very general.

Do we have any piece of the Georgian legislation in English version?

I spoke to Dr Ana Kasradze from NCDC, nominated to coordinate our assessment. She was not aware about possible existence of the EN version of GE legislation.

Best regards

Dear Boguslaw, dear Frank,

In view of the comprehensive assessment on communicable diseases to be carried out by ECDC this year in Georgia, I would like to share with you what we received from the contractor in charge of assessing the approximation of the Georgian legislation to the EU one. If Frank could comment, it will be a good basis for the first preparatory meeting with Georgian Experts.

Best, Emmanuelle
