Dear Ms Gaëlle Assayag,
Thank you very much for your readiness to meet us next week in order to discuss triggers of the Social Matrix activities and implementation of the Technical Assistance project.
Unfortunately, as I had already made a previous arrangement, I will not be in Georgia next week, and for this reason, I will be unable to attend those meetings. Head of Analytics Unit Mr. David Peikrishvili, which is also a focal point on an operational level regarding implementation of the Pillar III activities of the Social Matrix, will be present during the meetings.
Being grateful for your assistance, I believe that our close cooperation will allow us to implement successfully all the Social Matrix activities.
