Many thanks indeed for your determination to draw more attention to the health sector and help us mobilise various assistance tools we can offer to underpin a real health reform.
More urgent indeed are the twinning fiche and Terms of References for the TA, but in the wider picture the national health reform strategy is the key priority element missing. Should you need our assistance to
move ahead on that front, pls do not hesitate to ask.

I hope you are doing well and was satisfied with the recently conducted Study visit to Italy organized by the Twinning on environmental health.
Thank you for advice to contact Deputy Minster Barkalaia on the Public Administration Reform (PAR) Technical Assistance topics. We met her last week and went through PAR related cross-cutting topics and possible
cooperation. Now for the Non-Key Senior health expert we shall meet with a new Deputy Health Minister who’s appointment shall be formalized these days. We would be grateful If you could let us know when new Deputy Health Ministry is appointed ad facilitate
in appointing a meeting with her.
