Dear vice-minister Tamar Gabunia,
Please find several documents, which are related to the review of the project implementation and next missions in January:
1. Activities and deliverables from technical assistance contract.
2. Detailed time frame and activities.
3. Agenda of the January's missions.
I marked requested meetings from our experts in red letters, which need shall be considered from the Ministry.
3.1. V.Kovess will stay for 3 days (14-16 January) and the main aim of the mission is to start to elaborate of the epidemiological survey for children (as we discussed previously). In addition, she will check the situation of the epidemiological survey for adults (our partner HRU will provide us the results by the end of February, according to the contract).
3.2. A. Lefebvre will work with our project for 3 days (14-16 January) and the aim is to collect already drafted proposals and needs improving legislation framework for the mental healthcare in line with EU best practices. We are planning to meet several organisations and to issue recommendations. All recommendations will be presented directly to You at first and the need for changes will be discussed with You.
3.3. Taavi Lai will be from 20 to 24 January and he will continue to work in the field of selective contracting according to the plan, presented during last mission.
3.4. Alessandro Fiori will continue to create actuarial-financial model for the evaluation of the 4 models for IDP's allowance improvement.
As we agreed, all recommendations, deliverable will be discussed with You, at the initial stage. After your approval, we will agree on next stages.
We will present mission goals in details during our meeting on Tuesday, 14 January.
