Please find enclosed a slightly
revised agenda for our virtual meeting next Tuesday; this small change in the order of items will enable us to benefit from a contribution from our Belgian members who can only join the first part of the meeting. Thank you all for your kind understanding.
I have also attached a paper (‘mapping questions’) which will be discussed in connection to the agenda item entitled ‘Sub-group on Mapping of Indicators’ which will be led by its chair, Elena Petelos

Thank you to all of you who have responded to the Doodle for the above.
We still do not have a huge yield (15 persons for each of the days proposed) but we would like to suggest that we proceed nevertheless with the date of 22 January 2019. We recognize that this does
not work for all of you… but this is the case for either date. In addition, on 22nd January both of the co-chairs are available as well as most of the persons giving feedback from the various activities.
I have attached a slightly revised agenda and Lili will kindly send the webex information to all of you.
