Greeting Ms. Antal,

Thank you for the draft report and invitation to the workshop dedicated to the report on 21st of March.

I would like to inform you that Elza Jgerenaia has left the ministry, so I’m cc-ing this email to her colleagues from labor department Mr. Paata Jorjoliani and Ms. Lika Klimiashvili.

I’m also cc-ing this e-mail to the health department, to the head of the health department Ms. Marina Darakhvelidze and her colleague Ms. Keti Goginashvili who attended the meeting with Mr. Varva and Mr. Kukava.

During the meeting we had, main topics of the meeting were dedicated to labor and health departments and as I can see from the executive summary  there is not much involving social department and/or social protection field.   I’ll gladly attend but I want to make sure that my attendance would be of use.

Kind regards and thank you again

Nino (Nutsi) Odisharia

Subject: MFA Georgia Stakeholder Workshop Invitation

Dear Ms Odisharia, Dear Ms Jgerenaia,

The “Ex-post evaluation of the second Macro Financial Assistance operation to Georgia” launched by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Economic and Financial Affairs (DG ECFIN) is close to its final stage. Our team is working on the Draft Final Report and after circulating it, we would like to discuss it with the main stakeholders at a dedicated workshop.

The workshop will take place in Brussels (at the premises of DG ECFIN) on 21 March 2019 from 13:00-15:00, Brussels time.  To enable stakeholders in Georgia to participate, the workshop will be facilitated by a videoconference link with the EU Delegation to Georgia (38, Nino Chkheidze St. Tbilisi 0102) at 16:00-18:00, Tbilisi time. We will circulate the Draft Final Report at least ten days prior to the workshop. The main findings of the Draft Report will be presented at the workshop.

You are cordially invited to attend this workshop. In case you are otherwise engaged, we kindly request you to appoint a member of your staff to participate. Please note that due to the capacity limits of the video conference room of the EU Delegation, only one representative per institution can attend the workshop.

Please confirm your participation, or in case you are unable to attend, please consider sending the name of the colleague representing your institution.

Yours faithfully,

David Vavra

Evaluation Team Leader
