I hope you are doing well in Georgia, amid hard covid times. In Finland we have the situation quite well (at least better than in Russia or Sweden) in control and looking forward for
little more normalized life, today we’ll hear what and how some restrictions will be removed. We are doing ok in Prodacapo, all of us working from home, and also most of our Finnish customers manage well. We’ve send a small Christmas present to you in December
but unfortunately it was returned to the sender in late February, perhaps there was some problem with mail.
According to our financial manager, the license payment for 2020 is not received. This can be again a problem at our side because of financial system changes (again as one year back).
For us to check the situation could you send information when (date) and to which back account (BIC and IBAN) you have transferred the payment to and a copy of receipt if possible?

I hope you are doing well. The implementation process of DRG has been a bit slower since July 2019, but we are now actively using the grouper now. Very sorry for
not being able to transfer the annual tax at the end of the year, but by the end of January we will definitely be transfer it. Also, hopefully we will continue our cooperation.
