Many thanks for reaching me out to discuss priorities in 2020 and reprograming needs. Out of 4 areas identified earlier, we would prefer to have
health impact assessment undertaken in 2020. Others can be postponed to 2021. As of other priorities directly related to COVID19 response- I’ve been working with Lajos on identifying priority areas for possible support. The latest communication on this is

Dear Tamar,
With this email I want to inform you that due to the COVID-19 outbreak and challenges caused by the latter, the EUD is reprogramming the AAP2020 in order to better responding the country needs related to COVID-19. In this regard the initially planned programme on environmental health will be reshaped. Please let us know which of the initially selected concepts shall be considered as a first priority for funding from AAP2020 and which ones could be postponed to AAP 2021. Besides, You can come with a new concept which you consider as a first priority due to COVID-19.
Your Ministry prompt feedback will help us in reprograming our support to health system of country,
