Presenting my compliments, I have the honor to inform you that on September 21, 2020 the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia has announced an electronic tender (Application number: NAT200014707) without an auction for the procurement of the below mentioned laboratory tests worth of 134 951 Georgian Lari (GEL) under the EUMM funded Grant Program “Readiness and Response to COVID-19”.

    1. RT-PCR detection kit (Primer&Contor probe) – for the 2040reaction;

    2. Viral RNA Extraction Kit (RNA preps kit) – for the 2000reaction;

    3. Cov-19 IgG and IgM qick tests in human blood, plasma and serum – 1 250 pieces.

The test system should match with the “CFX 96 Bio Red” and “Rotor-Gene 6000” diagnostic equipment of the medical institutionsselected by the EUMM operating in the occupied Abkhazia.

According to the terms of the tender, 30 calendar days after signing the contract was set as the deadline of delivering the goods.However, the delivery must be completed once, no later than 2 (two) working days after the buyer's request.

The process of receiving the tender bids was completed on September 30, 2020 and “PrimaMedi” Ltd. has recorded the lowest price of 129 940.00 Georgian Lari (GEL) in the electronic system of state procurement. This price is 5 011 Georgian Lari (GEL) less than the amount specified for the above mentioned procurement. The documentation and the estimates uploaded by “PrimaMedi” Ltd. are in full compliance with the terms of the tender.

On October 5, 2020 the tender commission of the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia held adiscussion and declared “PrimaMedi” Ltd. as the winner of the tender. “PrimaMedi” Ltd. is invited to conclude the contract within 5 working days, no later than October 12, 2020.
