OFFICIAL USE
Dear Keti and Lika,
Many thanks for the catch-up call last week and I’m very pleased that our assignment is moving forward.
Please find attached a slightly updated version of the draft ToR for your comments, if possible, this week. Also do please share with me the contacts of any potential
consultancies or experts who might be able to implement this work. Katie Tikanashvili and I identified
Curatio and a few others but there might be more that you are aware of so any recommendations are very welcome. The more of them that we can interest in this work the better in my view.
I will then reach out to the consultancies this week or next to gather their technical proposals by early October. We can then decide together who the best partner
is and (if it all goes well) launch the work itself in November.
Looking forward to hearing from you this week.
Best regards and warm greetings from London,
Marko

Dear Keti,
Many thanks indeed for this update and I look forward to discussing tomorrow.
If Webex does not work for whatever reason we could try to connect via Zoom or through our mobiles… Let’s hope it will work in any case!
Best regards and looking forward to it tomorrow,
Marko

Dear Keti and Lika,
I am sorry about the connectivity issues on our call just now.
If it is easier, I am available on my mobile number 0044 77 2923 3613. Otherwise we could try to connect via a different platform?
Do please let me know what could work best and I look forward to catching up.
Best regards,
Marko

Dear Keti and Lika,
Many thanks indeed. I would propose the following time on Wednesday to connect via Webex (dial-in details below) but do please let me know if another slot would
work better for you. I’m looking forward to discussing the next steps and taking our work further towards procurement. If you can provide any feedback on the draft ToR in the meantime that would be most helpful.
(My colleague Katie is on maternity leave over the coming months so she will not be able to join.)
Looking forward to discussing – best regards,
Marko
