Dear Partners,

I hope this message finds you well.

I revert back to you following last AFD and Expertise France mission which took place on April 15-19 on the Social Welfare Policy Based Loan and the related Technical Assistance program.

I am pleased to share with you:

- The aide-mémoire of the mission

- The updated policy matrix based on the discussions held with you during the mission

- The inception report of the TA program

These documents will also be shared with Ministry of Finance.

Your feedback on the policy matrix and the inception report will be appreciated at your earliest convenience. It is especially important to validate with you the matrix in order for AFD to move forward with the appraisal of the second tranche of the PBL.

As far as the TA is concerned, I will revert back to you by separate emails on each pillar to launch discussions on the next steps together with Expertise France.

Meanwhile, I remain at your disposal for any question and exchange.
