Dear All,
I would like to inform you that the Deputy Minister Mrs. Maia Lagvilava will no longer be able to participate in the event due to some unexpected arrangements. Therefore, Mr. Zaza Bokhua, First Deputy Minister will attend the event of 4th February and sign the MoU from our side.
Hereby, I am sending final versions of the Agenda, Press release, invitation text and list of participants for your further revision and consideration.

Dear all,
First of all thank you for all your work towards the MoU signing event on 4th of February.
After short meetings and consultations with Maka, Maia, C/Can team and email communication with Khatuna, I have edited draft Agenda for your review.
Maka mentioned during our conversation that the original idea was to focus 1st part of the meeting on signing MoU and 2nd part on World Cancer Day. I think it will be great to not loose the original idea, therefor we will have MoU signatories giving short speech fist half of the event and the presentations will be focused on World Cancer Day.
