მოგესალმებით,

 

გთხოვთ, უზრუნველყოთ წინამდებარე მეილში მოთხოვნილი „დავალებების“ განახლება/შესრულება, ექსპერტთა მიერ დადგენილი ვადების გათვალისწინებით ( ვადა უკვე გადაცილებულია). ასევე გამოხმაურება არ ყოფილა მისიის შემდგომი ვიზიტის თარიღებთან დაკავშირებით, შესაბამისად ექსპერტებს 2019 წლის 3-5 აპრილზე თანხმობას მივწერ.

 

ასევე გაცნობებთ, რომ სამუშაო სკაიპ ქოლი ექპერტებთან ჩაინიშნა 7 მარტს 10:00 საათზე - 8 სართულის სათათბირო დარბაზში. გთხოვთ უზრუნველყოთ დასწრება.

Subject: WHO UHCP mission 6-8 February

 

Dear Mariana,

 

Thank you for taking care of this last mission! As agreed we send the agreed next steps and some further topics via email.

 

First, vertical programs mapping based on shared xls-template is ongoing. We would suggest that it will be completed by 18thof February. Then we can have a look and come back to you and agree next steps.

 

Second, please review the claims management SHOULD BE process diagram (attached in ppt file) and send your comments by 18th of February.

 

Third, we discussed that the narrative standard operational procedures should be drafted for two procedures:

  1. Planning and reporting system (based on last year prepared diagrams)
  2. Claims management SHOULD BE 

Please share the 1stdraft of both SOPs by 28thof February. This can be done in Georgian.

 

Fourth, please review the SSA HQ new structure and main areas of responsibility of each structural unit and human resources needs (xls and word document attached) planning by 28th of February. Word document is with track changes (made during seminar) and you can prepare next version of the document based on that. Please keep in mind that word document and xls file should be aligned.

 

We also suggest that you could prepare by 28th of February the more detailed implementation plan(initiative 3.11 in the SP Strategy) for the new SSA’s structure and share with us and we can then discuss it over the next Skype call. 

 

We suggest to schedule a skype call for 7th of March at 10 am in Georgian time.

 

Next mission is planned for April 3-5. Please confirm ASAP if we can fix these dates.

 

Please do not hesitate to ask if some of the dates looks unrealistic or you need some further guidance.
